The ever talented Colin Hammond, and I have finished a challenging project recently: our very own acoustic cover of "Plug in Baby" by Muse, which can be found at here youtu.be/L0V8O2fJSxI. Actually, I finally got the nerve to record it. He had recorded the guitar part over a year ago. I've just been being vocally self-conscious for almost as long as I've known him. This is a very challenging song to sing. I consider it a tribute to the genius behind the song's creation. The original: youtu.be/h9FkU8XJPPc.
As I said in my YouTube description:
Here is the most recent song sung by me and accompanied by Colin Hammond. This song is the most challenging song I have ever sung in my life, ever. It has a very irregular rhythm and beat, and the vocal range is multiple octaves. That's just the vocal line. The guitar part is some seriously intense playing, yet Colin is awesome enough to be able to play with feeling. Believe.
I hope you all enjoy this song. I know I really enjoyed recording it, singing it, and listening to it. I hope that I have been able to do justice to this masterpiece. Let me know your thoughts, opinions, other comments, etc. I'd love to hear your feedback, whether you love it, think it needs improvement, or listening to it makes you want waffles, I wanna know. Until next time.

I Recorded a New Cover
I recorded a cover of "The End of All Things" by Panic! At the Disco for some friends of mine who wanted to play it at their wedding reception. I have since posted it on Youtube for anyone else who might want to listen to it. One of these days I will be able to actually make professional quality music. *sigh* Thanks for listening!
NaPoWriMo Is Over.
So, sadly, I wasn't able to finish NaPoWriMo this year. It's a little disappointing, but realistically, I had too much on my plate this semester. But I have unearthed some poems in my stash that I had forgotten were there. So I'll post those when I get the chance, along with some of the art I've been working on in school hopefully. If everything goes according to plan, you'll hear from me again soon!
NAPOWRIMO!
So, all throughout the month of March, I was looking forward to April! I was really crazy-hyped for NaPoWriMo. I even started writing a few poems early because I was so excited about it. And then April rolled around, and I started the month off with a bajillion projects due in all of my classes (I'm taking 18 undergrad credits at the moment,) and completely forgot about NaPoWriMo. So, I am almost a whole week behind at this point, but I'm still going to try to write 30 poems during the month. I'll just have to double up on some days. To be honest though, I might not really be able to write much for the first few days, so my catching up is goi
I Got Tagged in a Thing!
First things first though, this journal skin is Kirito-kun from the show Sword Art Online. Just so you know. It's not just some random thing.
Moving on.
I got tagged by Xyron7777777 to answer 10 questions. Here's the thing. I'll answer things if I'm tagged, but I don't really pass them on. Not trying to be a bad sport, but I don't really do "rules" like the ones that always come with these things. Main reason, I don't want to be a burden, or annoying to my friends. (Not that I'm annoyed by doing these things, but I know some people who would be.) If you wouldn't mind being tagged, let me know in a comment, and I'll come up with 10 questions
